Senior Finance Executive

As Senior Finance Executive, the primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee financial operations within the organization. You will work closely with the finance team and external to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, effective financial planning and auditing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reports and adherence to financial reporting standards.
• Fully handle audit processes, including preparation, coordination, and communication with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulations.
• Improve audit procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline finance processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, strong in auditing is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling audit processes from start to finish.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Synergy, or any other relevant accounting software.
• Ability to fluently communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
