Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Celcomdigi. As a Finance Business Partner for Technology, you will play a key role in supporting and partnering with the Technology department to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in technology-related industries to make a significant impact in a leading telecommunications company.

Responsibilities:

1. Advisory and Strategic Planning:
   Act as a strategic partner to the Technology leadership team, providing financial advice and recommendations to achieve business goals.
   Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute financial perspectives.
2. Business Decision Support:
   Work closely with technology leaders to understand their business objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
   Evaluate technology projects and initiatives, assessing their financial viability and impact on the overall business strategy.
3. Performance Management:
   Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
   Assist, develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
   Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology investments.
   Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance overall financial performance.
4. Cost Management:
   Drive cost-effective strategies within the Technology department to ensure efficient resource allocation.
   Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization in alignment with strategic goals.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   Collaborate with other business partners and departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall company objectives.
   Provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Reporting Structure:

• Direct reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partner Technology.
• The Head of Finance Business Partner Technology reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Finance Division.

Leadership Position:

• Classified as a leadership role within the Celcomdigi Leadership team.

Team Management:

• Potential opportunity to manage people within the department.
• Current role is advisory in nature, making you a direct/single contributor to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, Business or a related field. 8 - 10 year of experience preferred. Minimum 5 years in business partnering related field.
• Experience in business partnering, business planning or performance management.
• Strong business case development, financial evaluations/modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology-related financial concepts and trends.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
