Senior Finance Associate (Banking / Fintech / Blockchain)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation of bank account balances and system account balances
• Work closely with departments to resolve operation matters
• Daily processing of payments and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment; experience in Crypto/Fintech industry is advantageous.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.)
• Ability to identify control weaknesses in daily operations and implement process improvements
• Take ownership, leadership, and be proactive in problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Experience with financial planning software and familiarity with blockchain analytics tools is advantageous.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Skills in MS Office (Excel - Pivot Table, Vlookup, Word, PowerPoint).
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
