Senior Finance Analyst

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

1. Support management reporting, perform analysis of product costing and business cases. Involve in development of accurate financial forecasting/budgeting in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders’ inputs.
2. Perform detailed expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast and provide recommendations for cost control.
3. Conduct first-level variance analyses of Profit & Loss, headcount, balance sheet and cashflow that transform into financial information and business insights for the business’s decision-making process.
4. Data collection, perform cost analysis and investigate variances periodically. Perform month end close, expense review, accruals/reclassification and prepare supporting schedules.
5. Support superior on financial analysis, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs. Compile inventory reconciliations. Key user for SAP analytical cloud.

What you bring:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years financial analysis experience in MNC manufacturing environment.
2. Must have high proficiency in MS Office, SAP and data analytic skills.
