SENIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

1. To monitor and provide supervision to ensure the smooth running of field operations.
2. Assist in supervising daily operations, harvesting, field maintenance, replanting and nursery management to achieve target and deliver good performance.
3. Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attacks in plantation.
4. To manage stores (fertilizer, chemicals, petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL), etc.), machinery, and other tools.
5. Manage and coordinate subordinate workers, ensuring they follow best practices and safety protocols.
6. Monitoring and evaluating worker performance, providing training, and addressing any issues or concerns.
7. To ensure good agricultural practice and support estate administration in all activities, comply with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) & Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
8. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
9. Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with the acceptable agricultural practice and the company’s requirements.
