Senior Field Service Technician - Electrical

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the China engineering team with installation, debugging, and training for warehouse automation equipment.
2. Provide onsite service for installed equipment, including electrical and mechanical aspects.
3. Have basic knowledge of electrical systems, ability to read circuit diagrams, and troubleshoot electronic components (e.g., servo motors, power supplies).
4. Familiarity with PLC systems for maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of automated equipment and ability to perform wiring, programming, and communication with the China team for troubleshooting.
6. Strong communication skills to work with the technical team and customers, reporting onsite situations.
7. Document handling skills to assist with onsite documents (e.g., training materials, technical reports).
8. Maintain good customer relations.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
10. Familiar with the company’s onsite operating systems.

Job Requirements:

1. Has 3+ years in relevant functions.
2. On-site experience is preferable.
3. Priority will be given to those who understand Chinese.
4. Experience with warehouse automation equipment is a plus.
