Job Description

We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to provide top-notch service for our photocopiers and multifunction printers (MFPs). If you love troubleshooting, working on-site, and helping customers, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

1. Install, repair, and maintain photocopiers and MFPs at customer locations.
2. Troubleshoot errors and find the right solutions.
3. Provide training to customers on how to use the equipment.
4. Collect meter readings and perform monthly preventive maintenance.
5. Assist in refurbishing copiers and fuser units at the workshop.
6. Complete and submit service reports accurately.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Own transport and willing to travel for work.
2. SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field (experience in servicing office equipment is a plus!).
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to respond quickly to urgent service calls and complete tasks on time.
