Senior Executive Warehouse & Logistics

• To coordinate, lead and ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements (GMP, GDPMD, GDP, EU & ISO).
• Responsible to ensure all audits by both state and federal enforcement pharmacy goes smoothly especially involving psychotropic and controlled items.
• To manage and involve in day-to-day operations of Warehouse with the aim to perform picking, packing till completion of shipment.
• To execute the quarterly stock take with minimal stock variance. Also, to perform quarterly stock write off and disposal to maintain storage space in the warehouse.
• Strategize and formulate improvement projects & initiatives via application of process improvement tools such as LSS, Lean, Kaizen, QCC tools etc.
• Constantly review vendor performances by setting KPIs and regular meetings to ensure market competitiveness of their product and services. Initiate negotiations whenever necessary in terms of service and cost based on market competitiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Wide knowledge in SAP from managing inventories, generating internal and regulatory reports as well as management slides.
• Good Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge and excellent presentation skills. Negotiation and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Warehouse and Transporter Temperature Monitoring: Hanwell and Eupfin Fleet Management System.
• Good knowledge of Poison Act 1952 and Dangerous Drug Act 1952.
