Senior Executive, Talent, Learning and Organisational Development
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and implement Sime Darby’s Key Talent initiatives, including scholars talent reviews with divisions, execution and monitoring of talent profiles and actions.
Execute engagement initiatives for key talent and scholars, facilitating their participation in events.
Coordinate logistics for talent engagement events, including venue selection, materials preparation, and catering arrangements.
Support with onboarding of key talents, such as coordinating events and activities for returning scholars.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Oversee and optimise use of the online learning platform, enhancing user engagement.
Administer and manage licenses to online learning platforms.
Monitor online learning platform performance and user feedback, implementing strategies for learning traction and effectiveness.
Assist in organising learning programs, ensuring efficient registration, scheduling, resource allocation, venue selection, catering arrangements logistics and communications.
Act as a point of contact for learning participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Promote training programs through internal communications.
Create and distribute training announcements, schedules, and updates.
Ensure a smooth delivery of training sessions.
Conduct post-training evaluations and analyse data to improve future programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
Prepare and submit applications to HRD Corp for training grants and claims.
Manage and track HRD Corp funds, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and maximising available resources.
Compile and analyse key learning metrics to assess programme effectiveness.
Prepare regular reporting on learning metrics across the Group on learning.
Collect and organise data necessary for regulatory compliance and annual reporting.
Collaborate with Divisional HR teams to ensure accurate data collection and validation.
Organisation Development (OD)
Implement initiatives to promote the EVP internally.
Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of the initiatives.
Coordinate the roll-out of employee engagement surveys, from administration to management presentations.
Job Requirements:
Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resource or any other related disciplines.
Qualification in Organisational Psychology would be an added advantage.
At least 3-5 years related working experience in HR with extensive exposure to Talent, Learning and Organisational Development initiatives.
Proven ability to execute and implement learning and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Good communications and writing skills.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-divisions and functional teams.
Digital literacy and knowledge in data analytics.
Exposure to Workday ERP Systems will be an added advantage.
