Your Role: More Than Just Hiring

  • Strategic Talent Partner – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft winning talent acquisition strategies that bring in top-tier technical candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruiter – Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers for various technical roles.
  • Sourcing Expert – Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to scout and attract the best talent in the industry.
  • Talent Advisor – Train in-house interviewers on structured interview techniques, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process that identifies the best cultural and technical fit.
  • Pipeline Architect – Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, always staying ahead of hiring demands.
  • Employer Branding & Campus Engagement – Drive campus recruitment initiatives and strengthen ViTrox’s presence at universities and tech communities, inspiring the next generation of innovators.
  • Data-Driven Recruiter – Analyze hiring metrics and trends to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Industry Trendsetter – Stay ahead of market trends, best practices, and innovations to continuously enhance ViTrox’s recruitment approach.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven success in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Experience managing specialized hiring needs is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tech tools is an added advantage.
