WhiteCoat’s core services include primary care tele-consultations, chronic disease management, health screening services, and home-based medical services.


We're seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused L2 Support Specialist to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive, Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our 2.0 digital healthcare platform. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve escalated technical issues from our L1 team
  • Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across web technologies, databases, and cloud environments
  • Proactively monitor system health and perform regular maintenance
  • Collaborate with L1 support, development, product teams, and our vendor in China
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
  • Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage

Fundamental Requirements

  • Strong background in technical support with solid understanding of web technologies, MySQL databases, Linux operating systems, and cloud environments
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems under pressure
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team-oriented approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and new technologies
  • Commitment to working in a rotating shift pattern for 24/7 support coverage

Expertise Preferred

  • Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management platforms
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
