Senior Executive Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage General Trading, Services & Recruitment related projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
3. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes in scope, and adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.
5. Report regularly to senior management on project status, risks, and any factors that could impact project success.
6. Monitor and manage General Trading, Services & Recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with project goals.
7. Oversee project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
8. Consult with internal business units and external vendors to identify opportunities for improving the General Trading, Services & Recruitment network.
9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
10. Develop and enforce quality control processes to ensure all products and materials meet required specifications.
11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
12. Lead daily control meetings to review division performance, identify issues, and determine actions to resolve them.
13. Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
14. Ensure efficient and effective execution of division activities on a daily basis.
15. Perform other ad-hoc tasks if required by the Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and project management, or a similar role.
3. Strong project management skills, including experience with developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Having supply chain management software and project management tools is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
