Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.).
3. Strong skills in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
4. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns.
5. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
2. Manage social media calendar and create engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
3. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce social media content that supports and amplifies ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
4. Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand brand reach.
5. Coordinate influencer campaigns to produce authentic, impactful content.
6. Track and report on influencer campaign performance.
7. Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Foster positive interactions and build relationships with our online community.
9. Monitor user-generated content and actively participate in conversations around the brand.
10. Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize strategies and content.
11. Prepare reports on campaign performance, social engagement, and community growth.
