Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales and credit administration per company policies.
Coordinate agreements, loan documents, billing, and collections.
Ensure timely payments and proper legal documentation.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financiers.
Monitor overdue payments and address reconciliation issues.
Maintain records, update eProDev, and prepare reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3–4 years’ experience, preferably in property or construction.
Proficient in English and MS Office.
Strong organization, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
