Senior Executive - Sales (Based in Penang)

As a Senior Executive in Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Pursuing sales leads for opportunities, attending to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and proactively sourcing new prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Supporting all sales and marketing activities and events as required by the company, including weekend/public holiday duties in the sales gallery, whether locally or overseas, and attending site appointments with prospects, purchasers, or agents for assigned projects.
• Preparing, organizing, and carrying out the upcoming new project sales launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
• Assisting and supporting the follow-up and coordination of the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions, and loan drawdowns of sold properties, and liaising with end financiers, solicitors, and purchasers on sales and loan documentation and credit control management.
• Assisting in handing over the VP of units process to ensure all documentation follows guidelines and procedures, controlling payment collections, stakeholder sums, site inspections, and key collections are properly documented for smooth operations.
• Assisting in sourcing databases and sales opportunities to achieve corporate objectives.
• Conducting market research, keeping abreast of trends, demands, and comparable market prices, and preparing reports as required.
• Undertaking other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and activities assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in a sales-related field. Proven experience in properties/real estate is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel outstation/overseas, and work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, committed, and result-oriented.
