Senior Executive, Sales and Event Support

About the Role

Are you passionate about sales, event coordination, and training support? We are looking for a Senior Executive, Sales and Event Support to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key part in planning, organizing, and executing sales-related training programs and events, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with our company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and managing sales-related events, activities, and training programs from planning to execution, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Ensure events are executed successfully and cost-effectively while adhering to budget and time constraints.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors, including AV and production companies, creative agencies, venues, and hospitality providers, to ensure all event elements are well-coordinated.
  • Support and execute additional responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager, such as recognition announcements, challenge programs, and weekly updates.
  • Regularly update training materials, maintain schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage event-related announcements and provide administrative support for major sales events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong initiative, independence, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a keen sense of business awareness.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Must be tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint applications, etc.
  • Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays occasionally.
  • 1 Full-Time position is available.
