Senior Executive - Sales Administration

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales admin related activities.
• Monitor and follow-up closely with the lawyer, purchaser, sales/marketing team and financier on the execution of legal documentation i.e. SPA, sub-sales and loan documentation.
• Timely issuance of progress claims, reminders and notices to purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors in accordance with the term and conditions of SPA.
• Attend to sub-sale matters and issue confirmations and undertaking letters to solicitors and end-financiers.
• Close monitoring and timely collection of progress claims and credit control.
• To draft letters and replies for incoming correspondences from the purchaser and lawyer etc.
• Check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other relevant documents related to the sales.
• Produce, monitor and update various reports related to sales admin on a timely manner and as stipulated.
• Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents.
• Implement all related company policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality Management System.

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or Property Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales administration in the property development industry.
• Computer literate and basic knowledge of Property Developer System software (Road Runner, IFCA, etc).
• Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative and result oriented.
