The role will be responsible for strategic planning support for pricing, products as well as projects under the Hospitality & Leisure department.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for each asset and engage resources into activity planning so that revenue targets are achieved.
Work closely with superiors to prepare strategies and tactics to drive profitable visitation.
Ensure the consistency of various consumer promotions across different channels and segments.
Develop KPIs for the commercial team to drive yield and volumes for the business.
Work closely with the Performance Management team to set targets and monitor results.
Pricing & Product
Ensure relevance of pricing research and data used in price recommendations and provide feedback on pricing and packaging.
Bring new business insights through curiosity and resourcefulness in collecting and analyzing data (e.g., interview stakeholders, benchmark competitors, research market environment, create surveys).
Implement and maintain procedures for effective workflow for all pricing and product-related areas.
Recommend processes for sales, reservations, or ticketing that are coherent with the overall strategy for the market and drive upselling.
Business Development
Assist in the preparation and review of revenue projections for newly identified business opportunities.
Review the current business plan for any improvement opportunities and develop business growth strategies and plans.
Evaluate new business opportunities by conducting due diligence, market & feasibility studies.
Work closely with the Leisure & Hospitality team to source business strategic partners to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
Review business contracts, agreements, and proposals and negotiate with stakeholders on business terms.
Constantly keep abreast of the latest developments in best park operation practices.
Qualifications:
Degree from a reputable and recognized university.
3 years of industry experience in business planning, analytics, and sales reporting is preferred. Additionally, experience in business development and leasing will be considered an advantage for this role.
Skills & Abilities:
Self-starter with an analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach with an ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes.
Competence in MS Office software, especially Excel, is required.
Analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communicator who can clearly verbalize, write, and present data to stakeholders.
Self-motivated and take initiative with accuracy and attention to detail.
