Senior Executive, Retail Sales

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with After Sales Marketing in developing retail marketing & sales program.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager (ASM) to generate marketing & sales activities to achieve retail business budget set by management.
• Drive promotion of marketing & sales programs at Countersales and PoW level to achieve retail sales objectives & targets.
• Promote service sales merchandising programs to enhance parts sales through service operations.
• Identify and expand new business/product sales opportunities through retail channel.
• Establishing sales and management control system for Countersales and PoW reps: a) Market coverage (customer call and equipment); b) Reporting procedures; c) Performance monitoring; d) Debts collection.
• Countersales & PoW reps Development: a) To develop training and competency program; b) Ensure all countersales and PoW reps attend and complete all online and classroom training programs; c) Track and record sales team performance.
• Collaborate with Digital Team to expand reach to retail customers through advertisement, social media, marketing programs, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with After Sales Marketing and Manager – Sales (After Sales) in developing budget for retail sales.
• Constantly monitor and act on factors which are sensitive to retail business.
