Senior Executive (Property Sales & Marketing)

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead profiling to support strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs) for project marketing.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop advertising and promotional (A&P) materials for projects and products.
  • Assist in the development and management of project websites and social media platforms to enhance online presence.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing events such as sales launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and exhibitions to drive sales performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, and digital marketing materials.
  • Develop and present monthly marketing plans and weekly sales and marketing updates for internal meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, suppliers, solicitors, bankers, and authorities, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage the application and renewal process for Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIMS.
  • Analyze market data and sales performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards set by the company.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and external workflows to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, property market trends, and branding best practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy, including experience with online marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and optimize sales strategies.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
