Senior Executive - Property Development (Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

1. To prepare Project Brief, Master Work Program and cost feasibility study;
2. To monitor & control the consultant and contractor on the work completion in accordance to the agreed timeline;
3. Managing and coordinate in the tender process/RFP exercise vis-a-vis, calling for tender, analyze the offer and prepare recommendation paper for Management’s/Board’s approval;
4. To monitor all authority approval application from pre-submission until Certificate Completion and Compliance within valid and unexpired term at all time;
5. Liaison with all authority for all work activities related to the project.
