Execute, facilitate plans and monitor progress of new MCMC initiatives/projects/programme between the Regional and State and Branch Offices and internal stakeholders pertaining to the new initiatives, regulatory and advocacy of State and Branch Offices. Monitoring complaints and advise RCU with matters on handling complaints effectively, monitor and consult RCU with matters involving regulatory audits such as CGS() and prepaid mystery shopper audit, monitor and consult RCU with matters pertaining to Market IntelliGenCe and Direct Engagement exercise. Appointed as a steering committee member for sustainability for RSCD. Oversee and plan proposed project (SIRENS) to consolidate and monitor all RCU activities nationwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to align on project objectives and priorities.
- Monitor and identify unusual complaints arise from MCMC state offices and advise them on the best course of action to be taken to ensure customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Strategize and formulate a comprehensive execution plan with regards to audit requested by internal MCMC departments to ensure successful outcome on all the audit conducted by the state offices.
- Strategize and formulate a comprehensive execution plan with regards to market intelligence survey requested by internal MCMC departments to ensure successful outcome on all the surveys conducted by the state offices.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of new programme/advocacy related to awareness of market intelligence.
- Monitor the implementation of the new programmes by State Offices for reporting and improvement to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Operational Audit:
- Execute and manage State Office related to matter which includes NADI audit.
- Prepared draft audit report for management review and recommendations.
- Draft audit findings and recommendation to management.
- Performed follow-up audit on outstanding issues.
- Gathering information from various sources such as surveys, reports, industry publications, social media, and databases.
- Monitoring market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Organization safety and health (OSH) — Representative to discuss and manage health measures and including to manage and implement safety and health incident report and safety performance.Qualification & Work Experience:
- Possess LL. B (Hons) Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- A registered Advocates & Solicitors at the High Court of Malaya and The Malaysian Bar.
- Minimum 8-year experience in law enforcement and investigation specifically on the field that specialize in operational aspect.
- At least 4-year experience working in department that deals with legal aspect in enforcement and investigation.
- Proficiency on Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission Act 1998, Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and its subsidiaries legislations.
- Proficiency on Criminal Laws including but not limited to Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], Evidence Act 1950 and Penal Code [Act 574].
- Articulate with good oral and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in writing proposal papers and executing other Project Management tasks as well as performing administrative process.
- Other skills in legal research, trial management, witness management and legal opinions.
- Ability to drive the organization forward and take personal responsibility for making things happen.
- Remain calm under pressure and can organize substitute plans.
- Ability to multi-task with full attention on whatever job is in hand.
- Communicate in a concise and fluent manner while being confident with opinions given.
- Flexible and receptive to change, reacting quickly and implementing it positively.
