• Source, negotiate and partner with reliable vendors for best pricing, terms, quality and delivery/service.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Well versed with the tendering process, evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
• Manage and coordinate all procurement-related activities.
• Process PR, prepare PR, process invoices, and purchase reports, and implement procurement strategies.
• Perform site visits with vendors and end users and cooperatively work with other departments to resolve issues related to procurement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work in Putrajaya.
• Possess own transport.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, and result-oriented.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
