Senior Executive, Procurement

Position Responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging used in beverage production, aligning with company plans and market trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing for raw materials to optimize procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing stockouts and excess.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing teams to support new product development and optimize existing formulations.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of procurement experience within the FMCG sector, with a focus on beverages and raw materials.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
• Possess advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards related to food and beverage products.
