Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure the PR are furnished with complete & accurate information and its supporting document before proceeding with the PO for approval.
• To monitor closely the approval status of PR and PO until emailing to the vendor, taking prompt action to resolve any issue/problem.
• To liaise/negotiate with suppliers on matters relating to pricing, delivery and terms & conditions.
• Communicate and reinforce the service vision for the restaurant to outlet managers and employees.
• Maintain par levels of stock; complete requisition for additional supplies as appropriate.
• Take charge of stock management, plan and organize stock reordering/return process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
• Keep abreast of market trends and conduct regular price and quality comparisons.
• Always ready to support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of procurement SOP and industry regulations.
• A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated.
• Possess the ability to communicate and collaborate with various departments.
