To support UNIQLO Malaysia in achieving business plans and sales target through the planning of ideal merchandising mix and collaboration across departments including Store Operations, Marketing, IMD and Corporate Planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time and right quantity to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible in ensuring the right amount of merchandise mix in stores always from the moment of product launching and before selling out, with the goal of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute merchandising/ sales/ production strategies along with initiative to revise plans accordingly to actual sales situation and adjust production by SKU.
To minimize Out of Stock SKU by percentage through thorough review and forecasting each item and its SKU’s sales.
As a team, target to maximize sales and profit, minimize year-end inventory, and eliminate SKU out of stock.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or any other related field.
Preferably 4-5 years of working experiences in merchandising planning.
Strong commercial acumen with an interest in understanding latest consumer trends and behaviour.
Self-driven, takes ownership and acts promptly to accomplish performance targets and expectations.
Resourceful and able to work under pressure and handle for ad-hoc task through proactively seeking out information and taking appropriate actions when changes arise.
