Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for companies as well as monthly statutory payments and deductions. Exposure to Overseas Payroll.
• Maintain HR & Payroll System by ensuring employee information, data, and movement record are updated from time to time.
• Manage employee benefits such as medical, leave, car loan interest subsidy, etc.
• Prepare HR management report by consolidating and analysing data to facilitate decision making and action planning.
• Training administration for HRDF claims submission, course registration, and payments.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records, tax filings, and other related documents to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all documents are in order & compliance, assist in audit exercises.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, deductions, medical claims, etc.
• Work with HR teams to continuously enhance HR processes to improve related HR Policies & Procedures/Guidelines.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; those with Finance, Accounting, or Economic background would be an advantage.
• 4-5 years of experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing & administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and creative with the ability to resolve issues and work independently.
• Able to handle all confidential matters with sensitivity and integrity.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
