We are looking for Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team and be based in Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Business Partner to the assigned business units and deliver HR strategies/initiatives to support the business.
Provide guidance and HR services support to the business, including recruitment, employer branding, manpower planning, performance management, industrial relations, learning & development, etc.
Manage recruitment activities and develop effective network with potential talent in the marketplace to proactively build up talent database for immediate and future openings.
Organise and deliver employer branding activities to manage and improve talent attraction, engagement and retention.
Manage and constantly enhance on-boarding programme and conduct follow-up sessions periodically with new employees to engage and retain them.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disputes, disciplinary action appropriately to minimise disruption to operations and potential risks.
Consolidate and administer HR management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Assist in implementing rewards & performance management initiatives, C&B strategy and planning by conducting market survey for the industry.
Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the long-term success of the organisation in creating a high performing culture.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years' experience as HR generalist/HRBP or Recruiter role.
Experienced and sound knowledge in talent assessment & selection, employer branding, industrial relations and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A good team player and willingness to participate in HR projects and cross training within the department.
