Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Management Association roles, Retail Association and Head-office roles.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic university partners and other talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates.
Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the company.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus visitations.
Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, reporting, and maintaining HR records.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with CGPA > 2.80.
Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and, Employee Relations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skills.
