Ensure the accuracy of whole payroll processing & complete within the timeline.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and etc. to the respective statutory bodies.
Manage the employee claim process to ensure policy and limits are adhered to.
Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies in terms of Employee Benefits & entitlement.
Prepare monthly payroll reports to Finance Department & Management.
Maintain employees' personal files and prepare HR correspondences (e.g., employees' confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary and other employment related letters).
Responsible for employees’ company insurance including renewal and claims.
(2) Training & Performance Management
HRDC Grant & Claim submission.
Coordinate in training related matters.
Manage employees' performance system.
(3) Employee Engagement
In charge of Taiko Day arrangement.
Send employees' birthday announcements with e-cards.
Assist in employee engagement activities as and when needed.
(4) Others
In charge of department's improvement projects.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years working experience in HR field or a similar related field.
Familiarity with HR2000 system would be an added advantage.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
