Job Purpose:
Focusing on human resources function such as talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals.
Learning & Development
- Manage the overall execution of the training needs including the yearly training plan, collating the training evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of training.
- Coordinate in-house and external training programme for employees.
- Responsible for the application of training grant and claims of HRDF.
- Optimize training and development to maximum performance, retention, and job growth.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Engagement
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs, including team-building, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives, while also gathering feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and track engagement levels over time.
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews and selection, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to build talent pipelines and execute targeted sourcing campaigns.
- Manage job advertisements across various social media platforms and job portals to attract top talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey and beyond.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
HR Governance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist HR manager in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures in accordance with the company's objectives.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Role Requirement/Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in HR field, especially in talent acquisition full spectrum.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A hands-on, positive, and driven approach to work.
- Mature and capable of working autonomously in a high-performing environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage for engaging with diverse candidate pools.
