Assist in the full administration and operational support of staff movement including on-boarding, confirmation, transfer and off-boarding.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on hiring requirements and manage interview process.
Apply/renew for necessary work passes and permits for employees.
Handle benefits administration documentation including medical claims, leave records, over-time forms etc. Ensure that all processes, guidelines and activities necessary to the administration of compensation benefits are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist in Training and foreign workers matters.
Experience handling IR/ER matters.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
