Senior Executive, Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare stock consumption analysis, closely liaise with production staff regarding spending trends.
• Conduct logistics cost analysis, monitoring the monthly provision and reversal.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including updating and verification of ledger, checking of bank reconciliations, and related party transactions.
• Monitor and manage entries related to trade financing activities.
• Verify monthly reports relevant to Fixed Assets (FA), including FA Register, FA tagging, and variance analysis compared to budgeted amounts.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation.
• Prepare yearly submissions for government statistics, MIDA submissions, etc.
• Prepare audit and tax schedules related to the above responsibilities.
• Provide other ad-hoc reports as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Candidates with audit or manufacturing background will have an added advantage.
• Able to communicate and write in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel.
