- Plan and execute corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event logistics and fulfill event requirements.
- Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain financial discipline.
- Handle event registration processes, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and communication teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Select venues, negotiate contracts, and liaise with vendors to secure optimal value.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and resolving any on-the-spot issues.
- Support the design and implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and eco-friendly practices.
- Promote sustainability efforts through events, internal communication, and outreach.
- Assist in preparing quarterly sustainability reports to track and analyze performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends in sustainability and recommend innovative practices.
- Measure the impact of sustainability programs and generate detailed reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, sustainability partners, and stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams to align sustainability initiatives with corporate strategies and event planning.
- Lead communication efforts to raise awareness of sustainability programs within the organization.
- Develop promotional materials, social media content, and internal communications for events and sustainability programs.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Event Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in event management or corporate sustainability, with solid knowledge of sustainable event practices and green certifications.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
