Senior Executive, Employee Engagement

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recognition events to celebrate employee achievements and promote a culture of appreciation.
• Plan & organize employee events such as team building activities, company outings, wellness programs and festive celebrations.
• Administer regular employee surveys (e.g. engagements surveys, pulse surveys) to collect feedback on employee satisfaction, morale and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including facilitating welcome activities and introducing new hires to the company culture.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in human resources, psychology, sociology, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
• Experience in event planning, employee recognition programs, or wellness initiatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing & verbally with employees at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and other departments to execute successful engagement initiatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
