Job Title: Internal Consultant / Business Analyst

The SE, Digital Projects is expected to perform the below; including but not limited to:

1. Analyze and map out As-Is process with necessary means (e.g., reading documentation, interview stakeholders, performing market / online research)
2. Gather user requirements to design To-Be process and ensure successful implementation of To-Be process
3. Utilize necessary channels to implement and inform on new process change (e.g., conducting training, send out communication materials)
4. Execute / support tasks associated with digital project / business process (e.g., preparing performance report, drafting process documentation, testing, project management support)

General Expectations:

1. Willing to learn and understand business processes and associated technicalities
2. There may be the need to work outside of standard work hours due to project nature
3. Willing to learn automation technology (e.g., VBA and Power Query)
4. To undertake any other ad-hoc functions in the department, when required
5. To display improvement in deliverables and capabilities over time

Requirements:

Skills

• Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office

Education / Knowledge

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are acceptable
• Fluent in business and technical knowledge

Other Attributes

• A go-getter, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
