The Senior Executive role focuses on providing support to the department in implementing go-to-market strategies nationwide to enhance the hospital's corporate profile, foster strong relationships with corporate clients, GPs, and insurance agencies, and drive business growth in these sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analytics and healthcare marketing with the aim of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing targeted marketing plans to promote SJMC’s healthcare services to corporate clients, GPs, and insurance agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies, insurance agencies, and clinics to secure healthcare service contracts.
  • Organize and manage physical and virtual events aimed at building SJMC’s reputation within the corporate sector.
  • Engage with corporate clients, GPs, and insurance agencies, ensuring they are informed about SJMC’s services, specialties, and patient referral processes.
  • Act as a liaison to build long-term partnerships and improve referral volumes.
  • Manage partnerships within the larger Corporate, Insurance, and GP network.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials for corporate, GP, and insurer audiences.
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and content marketing, to reach target segments effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (medical departments, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with hospital services and offerings.
  • In charge of data entry for Corporate, GPs, and Insurance agencies in addition to reconciliation of referrals forms and to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics such as programme registration, client acquisition, and referral rates, among others.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be able to proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Healthcare-related qualifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or business development, with a focus on healthcare, corporate engagement, GP, or insurance sector.
  • Willing to travel outstation and attend events as needed.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
