Planning end-to-end event management for the Group and subsidiaries includes securing the venue, manage and coordinate with vendor/suppliers, managing the budget and post-event evaluation.
To provide support in the upkeep corporate identity and monitoring adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
Build good rapport with media, supporting media relations activities and assist in developing communications material including preparing articles, press kits, newsletter and marketing collaterals.
Support the team in content creation for website, corporate video, corporate profile, corporate presentations and all marketing collaterals at the Group and subsidiaries level.
Manage and updating the customers/purchaser’s database.
To respond inquiries from the purchasers, customers and public via mail, email and social media platform.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by the Management.
