Senior Executive, Bursa, Consolidation & Compliance

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the Group Consolidation of UEMS accounts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
2. Prepare UEM Sunrise Group/Australia Group Consolidated financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards, policies and guidelines within the stipulated timeline.
3. Prepare Group Quarterly Financial Reporting for Bursa Malaysia releases and Audited accounts in accordance to approved accounting standards (to include changes to new MFRS Framework in 2017).
4. Prepare internal management reporting and variance analysis for Group accounts.
5. Prepare Statutory Audited accounts within the timeline given (Note: Statutory requirements for Audited accounts for listed entities are within 4 months after year end; UEMS current requirement is about 2 months after year end).
6. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent.
2. Total 4 to 6 years of working experience with a minimum of 3 years in Group Consolidation.
3. Good understanding of group consolidation of financial statements and MFRS accounting framework.
4. Detail-oriented finance professionals with expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
