Maintenance and updating of employee’s information in leave systems.
Generate leave report and attendance report.
Liaise with accounting personnel for payroll-related matters and liaising with government bodies (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp) on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
Complete oversight and supervision of the HRDC fund, ensuring its efficient utilization to maximize fund benefits through careful execution and continuous monitoring.
Monitor employee’s discipline and misconduct issues such as staff counselling, issuance of show cause and warning letters or termination proceedings.
Provide human resources and administrative support.
Carry out employee benefits which include Group Insurance Policy.
Responsible for the recruitment process including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, arranging interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act 1955.
Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum holder of a Professional Secretarial Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a human resources generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
