Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients and markets to expand the corporate customer base.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Plan promotion programs with business units (Mobile, TV, and Home Appliances) and marketing teams for partners or customers.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end B2B sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline the sales process and enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular pre and post-evaluation reports, and sales reports for the effectiveness of marketing channels/content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for corporate clients.
  • Lead bi-weekly performance review meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Compile monthly promo/product launch calendar.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in B2B Sales in an e-commerce / Online / Home Shopping environment.
  • High adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced digital landscape.
  • Excellent ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills for pitching to corporate clients.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success.
  • Experience in sales, merchandising, online marketing, and setting up E-Commerce businesses including platforms and business operations.
  • Experience in Payment and CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capability.
  • Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission on time with accuracy.
