Senior Executive / Assistant Coordinator - Customer Care (Vacant Possession)
1. Senior Executive Customer Care Coordinator:
Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to submission of defects by Purchasers.
Assist in conducting pre-inspection of units before VP including but not limited to pre-VP defects compilation for submission to Project.
Ensure all units are in excellent condition before VP.
Brief Purchasers on the handover process, defects submission process and attend to Purchasers for the property handover.
Coordinate and manage defect rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified within the stipulated time frame.
Liaise with relevant departments, including project management, quality control, main contractors and maintenance teams to communicate defect details and coordinate rectification efforts.
Ensure all records, data and information are recorded accurately and filed up to date.
Maintain good tracking system to ensure complaints are closed and signed off by relevant parties within stipulated time frame.
Provide regular and transparent updates to Purchasers on the status of defect rectification efforts.
2. Assistant Customer Care Coordinator:
Assist in pre-vacant possession (VP) preparation - key pouches, VP kits, forms, documentation and pre-VP defects compilation for submission to main contractor.
Assist in conducting pre-inspection on units before VP and ensure units are in excellent condition before VP.
Facilitate and explain to Purchasers on DNF submission and joint inspection process.
Assist in coordinating defect rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified within the stipulated time frame.
Liaise with relevant departments, including project management and main contractors to communicate defect details, follow up and coordinate rectification efforts.
Ensure all records, data and information are recorded and filed up to date.
Maintain good tracking system to ensure complaints are closed and signed off by relevant parties within stipulated time frame.
Provide regular and transparent updates to Purchasers on the status of defect rectification efforts.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
Must possess at least 2 years (Assistant) / 3 years (Senior Executive) relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
