Introduce new business model concepts or improvise current operations to support customer retention and provide better customers' experience.

Develop interactive/digitalize experiences for our customers to meet the needs of the new generation and to stay ahead in the industry.

Monitor and conduct reviews on the effectiveness of implemented customer retention and customers' experience strategies.

Manage and coordinate new model readiness activities for After Sales before and after model launch.

Maintain close communication with Honda from other countries for service improvement activities to align with company or global Honda direction.

Oversee the activities within the team to ensure execution according to plan.

Execute & monitor department KPIs - PDCA, Budget, Business Plan.

Support the team in any adhoc tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Degree or equivalent.

Experience in the automotive industry.

Strategic thinking with good knowledge of the ever-changing environment and customers’ needs.

Good communication & presentation skills.

Self-motivated with creative problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Dynamic personality and able to work under pressure.

High competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
