SENIOR EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT

• Responsible to manage and oversee Account department daily functional activities to establish financial status and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Responsible to review overall Financial Reporting and compliance with statutory requirements as well as to meet the deadline for all relevant submissions.
• Responsible for preparing & analyzing a full set of accounts including overseeing and being responsible for Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP), inventory control & COGS from time to time in order to meet the deadline to submit management reports and comply with all Statutory Requirements.
• Responsible for all aspects of cash management functionalities including forecasting and planning on cash flow management to ensure & maintain an appropriate level of cash in the pool to support the company's day-to-day financial activities.
• Responsible to update, monitor, and verify all Bank & cash daily transactions and deal with the banker on financial matters as well as technical support and perform renewal of all types of insurances for a group of companies.
• Support other relevant management roles and ensure that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
• Establish existing business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget, and monitoring corrective action plans.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Have managerial experience in a similar position, preferably from the e-commerce industry.
• Strong Analytical Skills in problem-solving, making timely decisions.
• Good Interpersonal Skills, decision-making skills, and influencing skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly Proficient in Autocount account system and Excel, including pivot tables. Ability to build complex reports from multiple data sources and analyze large columns of data.
