Senior Executive, Account

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis
   • Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, consolidated, and annual financial statements.
   • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
2. Cash Flow and Budget Management
   • Oversee cash flow planning to maintain the organization's financial health.
   • Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Regulatory Compliance
   • Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, standards, and tax requirements.
   • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and inspections.
4. Policy and Procedure Development
   • Develop, review, and recommend financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
   • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to build a high-performing department.
   • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to align financial practices with organizational objectives.
6. Ad-hoc Responsibilities
   • Provide financial support and insights for special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
