In your new role you will:

• Ensure water and wastewater operation & maintenance are meeting segment / business needs and local statutory requirements.
• Cost planning, monitoring and control for water and wastewater system pertaining to operation and maintenance activities.
• Define operation and maintenance strategy to support the business operation and business growth.
• Coordinate with various parties for the proper planning and execution of operation and maintenance tasks.
• Manage the contract and service providers engaged for operation and maintenance tasks for the water and wastewater system including the timely vendor performance review and assessment.
• Continuously improve the operation, maintenance and sustaining for the water and wastewater system.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
• 3-5 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering.
• Familiar with water (RO/DI) and wastewater operation & maintenance concepts & requirements for semiconductor manufacturing plants.
• Familiar with water and wastewater design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements.
• Understand the working principles of other infrastructure systems such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building automation.
• Knowledge in infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).
• Understand and able to demonstrate & perform risk assessment of process, equipment and new design by FMECA/FMEA.
• 8D methodology mindset which covers all root cause analysis tools, 7 QC tools and also Decision Making.
• Certified Environmental Professional In The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment System - CePIETSO (PCP)/ BP) or Certified Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation - CePSTPO, is an added advantage.
