As a Senior Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer instrumentation requirements and working with engineering teams to develop a winning proposal to deliver the project. This role will take full technical responsibility for related activities and deliverables on the nominated project while acting as the first contact point for all technical activities within the assigned project team and providing strong support to the local sales team throughout the project lifecycle (from pursuit to closure).

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review project specifications and summarize technical requirements and clarifications.
- Review proposed solutions for analytical and flow measurement system applications and take it further for detailed design and engineering.
- Assist the Project Manager with project technical interfaces and lead technical clarifications with customers. Lead technical meetings with customers and end-users.
- Perform basic design and detailed engineering including preparation of engineering documents, data sheets, schematics, general arrangement drawings, wiring drawings, and calculations in accordance with the project specifications.
- Prepare and submit engineering deliverables as per schedule while meeting Emerson quality standards.
- Prepare purchase specifications and RFQ documents in accordance with project requirements for all buyout components/instruments to build functional solutions.
- Evaluate vendor quotations technically to ensure specification and documentation compliance.
- Provide support during assembly/fabrication during integration.
- Provide support during internal testing and customer FAT.
- Prepare key documents like P&I Diagram, System Architecture, Design Basis, Shelter/Rack GA drawing, etc.
- Prepare detailed engineering documents – Cable schedule, Junction box wiring, Instrument hookup drawing, IO list, Instrument list, utility consumption, etc.
- Review and approve Panel layout and Panel wiring drawing.
- Perform calculations – Flow meter sizing, Control valve sizing, Thermowell stress calculation, sample lag time calculation, etc.
- Prepare Datasheets of flowmeter, sampling system, control valve, transmitters, gauges, flow computer, junction box, power distribution box, etc.
- Prepare the Functional design specification, FAT/SAT Procedure, operation manual, etc.
- Participate in 3D model review, HAZOP/HAZID study.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Well conversant with International Oil and Gas measurement & Analytical standards – ISO/AGA/API MPMS, etc.
- Knowledge of Analyzers operating principles and design of sample conditioning systems – GC, HCDP, Moisture analyzer, H2S analyzer, Total Sulphur analyzer, SWAS system, CEMS, pH analyzer, DO and Redox analyzer.
- Familiar with equipment Hazardous area classification - ATEX, IEC, NEC standards, etc.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good personality, multi-tasking, communication skills, and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or any related courses with at least 8 or more years of relevant working experience.
- Expert in Electrical and Instrumentation.
