Senior Electrical Foreman

• To read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• To read and comply with project specifications and job scope.
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on site.
• To monitor sub-contractors and workers' performance.
• To order all materials and accessories on site.
• To provide technical guidance and support.
• To conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• To troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• To ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• To ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• At least SPM with electrical competency certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or relevant industry.
• Responsible, hardworking, and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to work outstation when required.
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
