About the role

As a Senior Draughtsperson at CONCEPT-P JURUTERA SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the Civil/Structural Engineering team. This full-time position is based in Kuching Division, Sarawak, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings, models and designs for civil and structural engineering projects
• Interpreting technical specifications, plans and designs to create detailed engineering drawings
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements
• Maintaining and updating engineering documentation and records
• Providing technical support and advice to project teams
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Draughtsperson or in a similar technical role within the Civil/Structural Engineering industry
• Strong proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or MicroStation
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Good understanding of construction methods, building regulations and engineering principles
• Ability to interpret and translate engineering specifications into detailed drawings and models
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
