Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Expert in Google Ads) - Health & Fitness

What you will do:

  1. Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across all NP business units (supplements, gyms, and fitness services) using Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
  2. Set up and manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Retargeting campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  3. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to enhance ad effectiveness.
  4. Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  5. On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H6 tags, and Alt tags to ensure effective keyword distribution across pages, aligning content with user search intent.
  6. Content Optimization and Marketing: Write or edit SEO-optimized content based on keywords and user needs, improving blog quality and relevance to increase organic traffic.
  7. Link Building: Execute link-building strategies by publishing quality content and collaborating with other websites to boost domain authority.
  8. SEO Tools: Skilled in using main SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO) for site audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and traffic tracking.
  9. Other responsibilities including:
  10. Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CPL, ROAS, Lead Quantity and Quality, Landing Page Conversion Rate) for each projects.
  11. Adjust budgets, and ad placements to maximize ROI across multiple campaigns.
  12. Conduct data-driven analysis to suggest improvements in website performance related to ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in e-commerce, fitness, or supplement industries.
  2. Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking tools.
  4. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing ad budgets effectively.
  5. Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  6. Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
